Connectors
Connectors give a workspace read access to your source systems, under Connectors in the sidebar. Once connected, they are shared: chat, reports, and agents in that workspace can query the system live. Any workspace member can connect a built-in connector such as Apaleo. Connections to an MCP server, from the catalog or your own, and custom integrations are added, changed and removed by workspace admins; every member sees them.
Chat and reports run reads through a connection directly; a write, or any action the system does not mark as a read, runs only after a workspace admin approves it, in the chat thread or ahead of time on the connector's page. Agents can be granted more than read access per capability, always subject to their permission policy.

Custom integrations let you bring your own APIs and MCP servers into a workspace, so agents and chat can work with systems that are not in the catalog. A Custom API is your own REST API described by an OpenAPI document. Its operations are listed by area, and agents are granted it per area. A GET operation counts as a read and runs without approval; every other operation asks first until you allow it.
Delivery destinations, where reports and agent messages go out, live under Channels. Channels use the connections made here. Slack is connected on this page like any other connector, and every Slack channel posts through that connection; disconnecting Slack deletes those channels, and the confirmation says how many first. An SFTP / FTP channel posts through a connected server. Microsoft Teams needs no connection; it is reached through a webhook channel.
Connection health
If a connection loses its authorization (for example, access was revoked in the source system or the granting user left), a banner appears at the top of the app with a Reconnect action. Runs that needed the connection fail visibly in the run history rather than delivering wrong data, and everything resumes once reconnected.
A connection to an MCP server has a Refresh button that re-reads the server's tool list: new tools follow the server's hints, removed tools disappear and your labels stay, so review the list afterwards. On a Custom API, Refresh re-reads the OpenAPI document the same way: a new GET operation runs without approval, every other new operation asks first.
