Data export

Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Deutsche Version

Everything you build in Discontinue is yours and can be exported at any time during the term, free of charge, right where you work with it. We hand out data as text, CSV, Excel or PDF, and in a structured data format via the API. None of it is locked away in the platform or only accessible after the contract ends.

Where to find it

  • Reports: Every report exports from its menu in the formats offered.
  • Reports and agents: The prompt – your description and instructions – can be exported as text. Your further settings (schedule, delivery channels, sources, tools) are visible in the builder and can be copied as text.
  • Runs: Every run shows its data (inputs, results, approvals) on its page. Copy it as text.
  • Account and workspace: Your master data is in the settings and can be copied as text.
  • Via the API: All of it can also be pulled in structured form through our API – you set up access yourself in the settings.

Switching and end of contract

You export your data yourself, at any time during the term. After the contract ends, it remains retrievable for at least 30 calendar days; after that it is deleted in the production systems no later than 60 days after the end of the contract, backups no later than twelve months after that. The procedure and time limits for switching to another provider are set out in Section 14a of the Terms.

What is not included

  • Discontinue's own system prompts, tool definitions and orchestration logic (trade secrets).
  • The execution plan (blueprint) the platform generates from your prompt and settings – it belongs to the platform's internal workings.
  • Your hotel and guest data – it stays in the systems you connected and is not mirrored permanently.
  • Report deliveries after their retention period has expired.

All export formats are open standard formats; there is no industry-specific standard or interoperability specification for this service.

Infrastructure

Processing and storage take place in the EU (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Frankfurt). We answer access requests from public authorities of third countries only where EU or Member State law requires it. Details on measures and sub-processors: DPA and its annexes.
